Cafe Hitchcock (Bainbridge Island) is your friendly neighborhood café & bar, with daily service from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. From 8-11 we offer a cafe breakfast, from 11-9 our new all-day menu with a broad selection of delicious burgers & fries, craft sandwiches and handhelds, market-driven salads and local seafood. Oyster brunch (11-4 Saturday & Sunday) features a selection of your favorite bivalves plus Dungeness crab, Eggs Benedicts, Bloody Marys and our famous bottomless mimosas.

We are passionate about cooking foods of high integrity, sourced painstakingly, prepared from the foundation. We bake bread, ferment condiments, cure and smoke meats, prepare sauces, and pickle vegetables. We are proud to source from local farms, ranches and fishing vessels.

We offer a highly seasonal menu that is subject to change.
